It's getting oh so close

 Hello Blogville it's you one and only Gossip Bunny with all her latest ponderings on all things Christmas and the holidays. We're getting oh so close to the Big Day. Santa has started his journey across the skies. Me I was doing a bit of this over the weekend.....

Because the excitement really started tomorrow because Grandma has come to stay for Christmas, How exciting is that? Jo-Jo has been to see us for the last couple of days and Baby...well Baby pretty much always come to visit. We have one Hedgehog still feeding which is the one that moved in to the greenhouse and we have another guest in the greenhouse...Mousey. Mousey Moved in a few weeks ago as a little thing and last week mummy saw Mousey was now half grown. Mousey will be staying until spring as s/he has made a nest in a box of sticks. Mummy said it would be cruel to evict Mousey now that its winter so Mousey get its own food dish of peanuts and mixed bird seed so it will leave the hedgehogs food alone and Mummy said Mousey will get one of my treats for Christmas too.....Wait What?!!! Oh I suppose I can let Mousey have one...

The Big Christmas Cake Reveal

 Hello Blogville it's your one and only Gossip Bunny with all her latest ponderings on all things Christmassy and the Holidays. We are on the home stretch as we all countdown to the big day and I say Big day as this year the start of Hanukkah falls on Christmas Day as well, because that means our Jewish friends and family get to celebrate at the same time as we get to celebrate Christmas....one big Celebration together if only it could be like that every year. 

One big tradition at my house is every year Mummy bakes and decorates her Christmas cakes. The last few years she has done 3 one for us, one for Grandma, and one for her friend Sammy where she works but this year Grandma is spending all of Christmas with us so this year Mummy baked 2 cakes and decorated them. So here they are...This Years Christmas Cakes!

The one with the red sign and house was given to Mummy's friend Sammy last week and the one with the gold sign and the polar bears is ours. They turned out pretty good didn't they?

The Christmas cards have started to arrive and normally my cards go on one door and Mummy's go on the other door but this year that have been coming in with all different sizes so we are sharing both doors so that they fit but we all know that most of them are mine not that we are doing a count this year...

And Mummy also does flowers and wreaths for Daddy's Parents and Uncle's graves. this year she decided on artificial wreaths so they can be used again and fresh flower and foliage arrangements...

Mummy says just because they are no longer with us doesn't mean that we don't get to celebrate with them and I think she is right after all she still hangs Angel Speedy's Christmas Stocking each year too.

A Christmassy visit to Tamar View Garden Centre

 Hello Blogville it's your one and only Gossip Bunny with her latest Christmassy Adventure. This Time we went to Tamar View Garden Centre. And this year they did things differently from previous years...

They also have a restaurant with a section that is pet friendly and they do homewares and gift ideas as well as garden stuff. And outside there is a petshop, and a farm shop and a tractor supply shop too.Another Great place to visit that's for sure.

Next time is the great reveal on the Christmas cakes and some ponderings too...

A Christmassy outing to Endsleigh Garden Centre

 Hello Blogville its your one and only Gossip Bunny with all her latest Christmas adventures. Now that the tour of my Christmas House is finished its time to share my adventures with you. And of course you get to see me too!

So first we went to Endsleigh Garden Centre....

Mummy was surprised this year as there were more affordable decorations on offer which meant she could buy more ornaments this year which is why she went twice. And the Cool thing about this place is that its a day out kind of place. With a clothing dept to, different gift ideas, to homewares, to a pet shop and luxury food items. And they have a restaurant and a coffee shop.There is also a great farm shop just around the corner from the garden centre too!

Phew I'm tired from just looking at all this again see you next time for another Christmassy adventure
