Sunday Selfies Update on the House of Speedy!

Well Hello There! It's been a crazy time with Easter and Tiny Tim the Baby Robin and waiting for Mr Mickey the Hedgehog to come back from the rescue. Well as for Mr Mickey we're still waiting,every time we think he's coming home the weather decides to do a screwy and turns to cold at night and to rough. Would you believe it we have woken up to a frost again this Morning?So it is supposed to be turning milder again with a wet spell but drying up at the end of the week so keep your paws and fingers crossed. We do have another Hoggie who has moved into the empty nest box....we think it's Miss lola who we think is a girl and of course Reggie is still visiting most nights for some dinner.So now we are caught up with all that now its time to get caught up with me.....

So We all know that I have a touch of Arthritis well it's been bothering me a bit more lately and making it harder to get in and out of my litter tray to the point I couldn't be bothered with using cause I was too sore and stiff.I still go out for walks but only little ones to free me up but then I have a nap and seize up again. So mum tried adjusting one of my litter trays which has helped but not totally successfully as well sometimes I lift my bottom a bit to high and well it goes over the top.....well you know when your back is turned you can't see where you're aiming right?Hehehehe well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

Any way Mummy ordered me some Full Spectrum Hemp CBD oil as a lot of people use it one their pets for helping with this sort of thing and Humans use it for similar pains and other conditions. Now before anybody says anything this isn't made from the illegal drug cannabis and marijuana, it's made from the Hemp plant which is a different plant that doesn't contain the illegal stuff but Hemp is a related species of plant without the illegal stuff.Which means we can all use it legally for lots of ailments. And the best bit is it's completely natural and keeps the body and tummy balanced unlike Metacam from the vets....so no long term side effects for me! I have been having a drop mixed with water each day since Tuesday and I feel much happier, I'm not so sore and so much more active! I even want to come out and play with mummy and daddy like I used to and keep wanting to go out in the garden to play as well. And Mummy gave me back my other litter tray to try again. Mummy did say she might lower the front for me if she can because I do prefer my normal tray rather than my blue one, but we will see how I do for now cause that is going to be tricky to lower as the plastic is thicker.
