We have to Apologise as all week we have been having problems with the BT Broadband ,things not loading properly and then it going down that we thought the Router was going wrong and then it was all gone this morning no connection after 8am at all!So very frustrating!!!! and then out of no where it all came back on and was working normally at lunch time and then we heard on the radio the BT had a problem and they had now fixed it but was investigating the reason for it going wrong....Now tell me if I am wrong but wouldn't it have been nice for some announcement before now that there was a problem on their end?...Hmmm instead of me pulling my hair out trying to figure out what the heck was going on...is that too much to ask of a communications company?

ReplyDeleteWe have had very slow internet for the last week. Trying to open a second tab and it never loads. Mum has been tearing her hair out too as everything is taking so long. We are AOL but using BT line.
ReplyDeleteJune must have been the month for technology woes! I was without email for practically 10 days straight. Similar scenario. The company took FOREVER to announce that they were having trouble. Being without email for so long put me terribly behind, so I feel your pain! Hope it all has been resolved for you! Very frustrating yes, but trust me, that is far better than what Mom had to go thru everyday with our connection. Mom is always dealing with stoopid people who answers the phone on the other line giving stoopid reasons why the connection is out yet again.
ReplyDeleteThat's a bummer, Speedy. BT is the biggest provider in the UK. We've just changed to Sky and it's a lot cheaper and the speed is faster. So it's all good. Next we should be having superfast as they've been working in the village to upgrade the boxes. That will mean it will be quicker to visit blogs and post comments :) xox
